Representation Before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
In addition to defending lawyers, we have represented and advised numerous professionals including doctors, nurses, accountants, detectives, real estate brokers, and court reporters before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). We have assisted professionals in responding to complaints and/or investigations regarding allegations of criminal conduct, professional negligence, dishonesty, unauthorized practice, and substance abuse, to name a few. We have successfully resolved matters with IDFPR on a confidential basis via non-disciplinary orders that preserved the professionals’ licenses and livelihood.
