RSMD’s Sari Montgomery will moderate a panel at next week’s Mid-Year meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL). The meeting will be in Austin, TX on Friday, Feb. 14.
The panel, “Social Media Issues: Addressing Negative Online Reviews, Geo-Fencing, And More, Including What Is Permitted Versus Practical, And The Malpractice Carrier’s Perspective,” will feature Steven Puiszis, Hinshaw’s General Counsel – Privacy, Security & Compliance, and Ignatius Grande of Berkeley Research Group, LLC.
Sari joined APRL in 2012, and she has served as APRL’s Liaison to the ABA Committee on Professional Regulation.
